New Feature - Thrive Tasks!

We are excited to announce Thrive Tasks has launched and is now available within Humanforce Thrive for Humanforce HR (previously known as ‘intelliHR’) and Thrive customers. 

Thrive Tasks unlocks a new way for managers to fast-track time-consuming and critical HR workflows created in Humanforce HR by directly communicating with employees via mobile. 

Customers with Humanforce HR and Thrive can activate this exciting new mobile HR capability for all their employees. Click here to access the instruction steps.

🔥 What’s New 

Humanforce Thrive can now display a dedicated 'Tasks' section, allowing employees to view, manage, and complete all HR tasks from one convenient location, via mobile.

Tasks will be automatically organised for employees in Humanforce Thrive into tabs such as "Due," "Me," "My Team," "Done," and "Ignored," making it intuitive to navigate and track the progress of their HR tasks.  

Employees will also receive mobile push notifications when new HR tasks are assigned. Examples of these HR tasks include Onboarding, Engagement surveys, and Performance/Goal related tasks.

⭐ Why it matters

Thrive Tasks delivers a host of new benefits for both employers and their teams.

Benefits include;

  • Increased employee ability to track and action their HR tasks
  • Reduced time managers spend following up on employees to perform their tasks
  • Fast-tracked overall Onboarding and HR task flow processes
  • Improve compliance confidence.

Finally, by enabling access to HR tasks within the Humanforce Thrive app, employees can access both the benefits of our wellbeing solution and commence any HR-related tasks conveniently within the same mobile application.

Thrive Wellbeing 2024 Wrap Up

As we wrap up the year with Humanforce Thrive, we want to take a moment to reflect on the strides we’ve made in enhancing financial wellbeing and simplifying the employee experience. From new features to expanded benefits, here’s a look back at the key releases and updates we introduced this year, all designed to help employees and employers thrive.

 

 🚀 Perks First Activation

Taking on valuable feedback from our customers, we introduced the ‘Perks first’ activation, giving employees immediate access to Thrive Perks without needing to wait for Thrive Pay implementation. This allows employees to start enjoying cashback, exclusive discounts, and financial learning resources immediately. 


💰 Exclusive discounts with key brands

First to land in the Thrive app within our Perks offering was Discounts, boasting savings from huge retailers and brands to give employees further cost savings. Some highlights include: 

  • 🎧 JB Hi-Fi
    Our immediate discount partner was JB Hi-Fi, Australia’s largest home and entertainment retailer. Since launching in Thrive, JB Hi-Fi has been providing employees with up to 15% off on various electronics, home appliances, and personal items, enabling them to stay current with the latest technology and home appliances while helping them to make their pay go further. 
     
  • 🏋️‍♀️ Health club discount
    Soon after came our partnership with Fitness First and Goodlife Health Club, allowing us to offer an exclusive 15% off on 12- and 18-month memberships at both fitness centres nationwide. As a result, employees can now access more affordable fitness options and foster a healthier lifestyle. 

 

🛒 Digital Gift Cards 

Next, we introduced Gift Cards to the Thrive Perks offering, enabling employees to save instantly on digital gift card purchases from over 100 popular retailers. Employees can purchase gift cards for their own savings benefit or gift to others, all while automatically receiving cashback on their purchase. 

 

🏘️ Switch & Save on essential services 

An incredibly valuable offering to drop this year was our Switch & Save feature, enabling your employees to compare and switch electricity, gas, mobile and/or internet plans, and save on solar installation. .On top of potential savings and better deals when switching plans, employees also receive a cashback reward (amount indicated within the app) for every successful switch*. 

  

📲 Integration between intelliHR and Thrive 

A huge stride forward this year was introducing Thrive Perks to iHR customers through a new integration between Thrive and iHR. Initially available only to Humanforce Cloud customers, we extended the capability to iHR customers, eliminating manual setup, ensuring employees can access Perks instantly, further simplifying your HR processes, and delivering immediate value to employees. 

 

 📈 Continued returns with Grow

We continued to see a strong uptake in the Thrive Grow feature, which gives access to the Blossom Fund, a portfolio of fixed-income investments helping employees reach their savings goals. With Grow, employees can save directly from their pay and have instant access to their money without any fees. With Blossom Fund’s targeted return rate of 5.95%, Grow helps your employees work towards their future money goals.** 

 

💵 Tracking $100 million in payroll 

With a growing number of organisations seeing the value that Thrive is driving for their business, we’re thrilled to share that Thrive now tracks $100 million in payroll every month. That’s $100 million worth of financial moments that employees care deeply about, giving them real-time insights into their earnings. Thrive Track provides employees full transparency and predictability over their pay, enabling them to plan their budgets and make educated financial decisions. 

 

📧 Monthly updates for employers and employees

To keep you and your employees informed, we began sending monthly updates to employers and employees about the latest features, offers, and perks. These updates aim to keep you up to date on the expansion of the Thrive product and the value it brings to your employees, as well as to ensure that your teams are well-informed to maximise the benefits of Thrive.

We are excited to introduce Thrive Perks, a new section in the Thrive app that grants employees exclusive access to some of Australia's finest benefits. For all existing Thrive customers, this feature will be automatically available to your team. 

Features available in Perks:

  • A brand new Card-linked cashback reward program where employees enjoy up to 20% exclusive cashback offers from nationwide merchants anywhere, anytime with automatic cashback directly into their Thrive Wallet.
  • Learn is now a part of Perks, where we offer personalised financial education in bite-sized modules to enhance your employees' financial literacy and wellbeing


What is Card-linked Cashback:

This is a financial benefit that helps employees save money every day and all year round, on places where people often spend on essential items or special occasions by giving back a percentage of cashback directly into their wallet. The program offers access to a wide range of merchants nationwide, with categories spanning groceries, food and drink, retail, fashion, technology, health and beauty, sports, travel, and more. 

How it works:

  • Easy Activation: Employees can activate cashback by linking their Visa/Mastercard/Eftpos and start exploring cashback discounts within the Perks section in the Thrive app.
  • Automatic Rewards: By shopping at selected merchants, employees can earn up to 20% cashback, which will automatically credited to their Thrive Wallet after verified purchases.

For existing Humanforce Thrive customers, your teams will have automatic access to Perks in the employee Thrive app. This feature requires no administrative configuration on you. Employees just simply update their Thrive app to the latest version, link their debit/credit card, and start browsing!
