Analytics
Starters & Leavers analytics page now includes summary tiles to give you a quick snapshot of:
- people movement
- gender breakdown of new hires/leavers
- average tenure of leavers and more.
Quick search shortcut
Easily bring up your search bar with a shortcut by typing " / " on your keyboard. Find what you are looking for in a flash!
Quick search for people
Finding people is now easier than just by name, as you can also search by position title, department, location, and even include past employees in your search results.
Job Update Approval (Phase 1)
HR admins can now facilitate the delegation of job data management by creating an approval workflow. This empowers managers to update their team's job data, and request approval from relevant people before any changes come into effect on the employee record.
Settings page update
We've updated some terms on our Settings page to be more intuitive. Here are some of the notable changes:
• Bulk Data Tool → Data Import / Export
• Documents and Files → Organisation Documents
• Global Notifications → Event Notifications
• Message Schedule (Email) → Email Log
• Organisation Settings → System Settings
• Self-Service → Dashboard Actions
• System Variables → Adjust System Defaults
