Introducing Humanforce Analytics (Talent)

We’re excited to introduce Talent Analytics, the first step in our Humanforce Analytics journey, bringing faster, clearer insights to drive smarter hiring decisions. This launch kicks off a wider transformation to unify analytics across Talent, WFM, HR and Benefits, giving you a single source of truth for people data and performance.

As part of this launch, we’ve refreshed the existing analytics experience in Humanforce Talent, and introduce a powerful new premium tier: Talent Analytics Pro.

Whether you’re a recruiter, HR leader, or business partner, Talent Analytics helps you move from reporting to real-time answers and lays the foundation for deeper insights across your entire workforce in the future.

As a Humanforce Talent customer, you get a modern refresh of your existing analytics dashboards, with:

Talent Analytics Pro 

Unlock deeper insights and advanced capability with:

  • Talent Analytics (Core) is currently being rolled out to all Humanforce Talent customers. If you haven't been contacted about this rollout by 20th October, please submit a Support ticket and our team will be in contact.

We are excited to announce the release of Humanforce DataFlow, a powerful new streaming integration service that revolutionises how enterprises manage and leverage their workforce data, so they can optimise their business reporting and operational analytics.

Humanforce DataFlow empowers customers to take full ownership of their people data, enabling deeper analysis, real-time insights, and unified reporting across your organisation.

With DataFlow, customers can now unify data from Humanforce Workforce Management, CoreHR, Benefits (Thrive App) and Talent data, and deliver it directly to your preferred Business Intelligence (BI) tools or analytics environment. Here are the key capabilities found in DataFlow. 

Continuous, Real-Time Data Streaming: DataFlow captures every database change—including inserts, updates, and deletes—from your Humanforce products and streams them into your analytics stack in near real time. No more nightly exports or manual refreshes—your reporting is always current and accurate.

Broad Destination Support: Replicate your workforce data to a wide range of destinations, including Azure Blob Storage, BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, SQL Server, S3, and more. If your preferred destination isn’t listed, various custom solutions may be available upon inquiry.

Flexible Data Modelling: Customise, manipulate, and structure your Humanforce data within your existing BI tools, ensuring your reports and dashboards match your unique business needs. DataFlow keeps your destination schema in sync with source changes, automatically adding new columns as needed.
