Humanforce’s 2025 releases didn’t just upgrade features, incremental developments purposefully elevated the entire Humanforce HCM suite. With automation, data accuracy, and deep integrations now woven throughout the suite, organisations gain unprecedented visibility, teams work with fewer barriers, and employees enjoy fairer and more connected experiences. 

Below is a wrap-up of our key suite-wide developments over this milestone year for our customers, building a truly experience-led, AI-powered HCM suite to empower the frontline workforce, globally.

Humanforce Analytics – Talent

Humanforce introduced a new generation of analytics capabilities, giving talent teams instant clarity into hiring performance and the ability to accelerate time to hire. Recruiters and leaders now get AI-powered answers, deeper funnel insights, and custom dashboards that reveal where hiring flows or stalls. The result is faster decision-making, higher-quality candidates, and a robust analytics foundation that will unify insights across the entire HCM suite as Humanforce Analytics continues to expand into HR, WFM, and beyond in the new year.

Humanforce DataFlow

Since its launch, DataFlow, our powerful streaming integration service, has helped numerous enterprises combine valuable workforce data related to Talent, HR, WFM, and Benefits with their existing data warehouses. By eliminating the need for manual exports and addressing misaligned reporting data, businesses gain real-time operational visibility and enhanced accuracy, while establishing an AI-ready data infrastructure for faster, smarter decision-making.

DataFlow serves as a crucial intelligence multiplier, unlocking essential employee-related data that allows organisations to optimize business reporting and make confident, data-informed decisions quickly and proactively.

Connected Employee Data (HR ↔ WFM ↔ Payroll)

This year cemented Humanforce’s connected-suite vision. Role revisions, pay rates, and employee details flow automatically between HR, WFM, and Payroll. Manual admin disappears, onboarding accelerates, and payroll errors shrink dramatically.
