We’re excited to introduce a new Life Insurance feature now available within Thrive – Perks.
Many employees delay getting life insurance because it can feel complex or difficult to navigate, and while many have default cover through superannuation, it often isn’t tailored to their real needs. Now, Humanforce Thrive makes it simple by embedding trusted access to life insurance advice and quotes right inside the app.
This feature helps employees source options and take confident action to protect their financial future, while giving employers an easy way to enhance the value of their financial wellbeing offering, with no extra admin or setup required.

A new Life Insurance option has been added to the Perks section of Humanforce Thrive.
Employees can now:
Request general or personalised life insurance advice
Be connected with licensed insurance advisors for quotes and guidance
- Access everything directly through the Humanforce Thrive app they already use
There is no configuration required for employers, and no impact to existing app settings. The feature is made available using technology provided by Elevate Money, who facilitates secure connections with a network of licensed insurance professionals to support your employees.
