Roster Manager
Management > Rostering > Roster Manager
Comments within labour groups to be automatically included in shifts added to labour group
To enhance the visibility of comments, when creating shifts within a labor group, we will automatically include the comment in new shifts if the labor group has comments applied.
Creation of duplicate roles within bulk add shifts
To improve rostering efficiency and accuracy, users can now add a new row for a role when creating shifts via the bulk add feature. Users can now create shifts for the same role with different shift criteria.
Automatic authorisation selection when timesheet shift type is ‘Leave’
To enhance timesheet accuracy, when creating a timesheet and selecting a "Leave" shift type, we have ensured that the Authorise checkbox will be automatically selected.
Add Offered and Declined shift counts to the footer
To encourage greater visibility of shift offers and responses we have now added Offered and Declined shift counts to the footer.
Template Manager
Management > Rostering > Template Manager
Un-assign All shifts getting disabled after un-assigning selected shifts
To improve shift assignment for users, we now have ensured that when un-assigning shifts, the un-assign All Shifts option is now available for selection.
Removal of notification to apply updates in Template Manager
We have created more accurate notifications in Template Manager so that users will no longer receive roster manager related notifications in Template Manager.
Employee Management
Management > Employee > Employee Management
Limiting Role Revision ‘Effective Date’
For greater accuracy we now have ensured that the "Effective Date" on new Role Revisions are no longer allowed to be earlier than the Employee Start date. This is to ensure employee are paid accurately and to make it compatible with any subsequent integrations.
Please note, existing revisions - e.g. those set with a year of 1900 - will not be affected. However if you attempt to modify those revisions, and they are the current revision, the system will validate that the date is after (or on) the Employee Start date.
Timesheet
Management > Timesheets
Refactor shift types dropdown load
We have optimised the time it takes to load the timesheet editing screen, allowing you to make changes faster.
Payroll
Management > Timesheets > Payroll
Leave Pay types inclusion in adjustment pay run export files
For greater reporting completeness, we have now ensured leave pay types are now correctly included in the adjustment pay run export file for the Generic Payrun Export (Identifier: GENERIC_PAYTYPE01) when “Consolidated Leave Export” setting is enabled in the Pay company configuration.
Fast payroll export in simple format
To enhance quick and easy payroll reporting, and minimise Payroll reporting export timeouts, after processing a pay run in Humanforce, users have the option to export a Simple Format report. Payroll teams will now experience faster and more reliable report generation when exporting unformatted .
Payroll data export
We have improved payroll system responsiveness for users performing payroll data exports. Users will now experience improved payroll exporting after processing a payroll.
REST API
Rest API > /clocking/clockin
Timezone offset adjustments via API
We have improved timesheet records by ensuring accurate timezones are captured. Now timesheets clocked exclusively via API will accurately reflect with Timezone offset adjustments.
