We’re thrilled to unveil Messaging in Humanforce Work app and Cloud Workforce Management (WFM)!

Designed to cut communication chaos, connect teams, and drive productivity, Messaging makes communication effortless, engaging, and drives real action.

🔥 What’s New?

We’ve enhanced the ability for managers to better connect with employees.  As an optional upgrade from our existing messages feature, it is purpose-built for today’s workforce.

Experience powerful messaging capabilities such as:

  • Direct & Group Messaging: perform 1:1 chats and group chats with distributed workforce teams.
  • Rich Multimedia Sharing: Share emojis, GIFs, images, videos, document attachments, and URL links with previews—far beyond simple text messaging.
  • Embedded messaging: Start or access chats directly from within the Schedule screen and have critical shift and availability details automatically embedded within the message to ensure clearer context and close shift coverage quickly.
  • Advanced Filters & Permissions: Target messages by region, location, department, role, or pay company, filter harmful language and control who can send and receive messages based on detailed access permissions.


With enhanced functionality, Messaging in Work app and WFM is an optional enhancement for our existing employee messaging platform.

Messaging is only available on our new Work app and not available on our legacy workforce management app ‘Humanforce (Legacy) app’.
