intelliHR Platform Update: What's New in June 2023
We are thrilled to inform you that our new navigation interface will be updated on all intelliHR platforms next week! Watch the preview video above to see what's coming.
Additionally, we have made several enhancements to our platform to assist you in getting better organised for employees' documents and added configurations to have the right information to the right people at the right time for expiring qualifications and more.
A new way to navigate
We're excited to let you know that starting on Monday, July 3rd, 2023, the menu panel on the intelliHR platform will be upgraded. This will make it easier for you to find what you need with fewer clicks as the design will be more intuitive and organised. Document Folders
Are you struggling to find a specific file or are there too many files in the employee's document tab? You can now improve the organisation of employee documents by creating permission-locked folders within the employee's profile documents tab.
Expiring Qualification Event Notifications
Ensure your team's compliance with required qualifications and certifications by tracking their validity date. Use the Event Notification feature in Settings to configure High, Medium, and Low-priority notifications to notify relevant team members or local HR representatives, and ensure timely updates on expiring qualifications.
Sensitive Information Protection in Analytics
You can now feel more secure when granting access to Analytics pages for individuals or groups. This is because sensitive information such as pay grade, gender, and date of birth can now be hidden, even on pages where individuals have access to view all other analytics.
Naming Tenant Aliases
Rebranding? Merging? Acquiring? The URL used to log in to your platform is now editable by the System Administrator in System Settings -> Branding. Make your intelliHR platform your own.
