Recognition in one place

Open the Rewards tab to see your available points and points to give, browse recognition across your workforce, and give recognition with a simple composer. 

Recognition can be connected to everyday workforce moments such as task completion, clock-in streaks, key milestones, birthdays, and work anniversaries. Points can be added to posts and redeemed in Thrive for digital gift cards.

See appreciation across your workforce - Bring peer recognition, important milestones, and workforce-driven moments into one shared feed across your organisation.

Recognise positive contribution - Highlight everyday actions, key milestones, birthdays, and work anniversaries, then filter the feed by the whole company, milestones, behaviour-driven or just the individual employee.

Give people more ways to connect - Like, comment, react, and add points to recognition posts. Hold a reaction to see who responded, or use the add-on points toggle to include the original giver.

See recognition grow - Check the Top Givers and Top Receivers for the current and previous months, then tap a user’s name to view the recognition they have given and received.

Turn appreciation into tangible value - Employees can see their points balance, give points to others, and redeem points for digital gift cards easily in the Thrive Rewards Hub.
