New feature - Multi-level Timesheet Approval!
We’re excited to announce the release of Multi-Level Timesheet Approval in Humanforce Workforce Management Timesheets - a powerful new enhancement designed to give organisations even greater control, accuracy, and flexibility in their timesheet approval and pay processes.
Through this optional pre-authorisation feature, timesheets can now go through two levels of approval before payroll is finalised, providing an extra safeguard for compliance, payroll accuracy, and workforce management efficiency.

The new Multi-Level Timesheet Approval feature introduces an optional pre-authorisation step before full approval.
This means:
- Timesheets can first be pre-authorised by an initial reviewer.
- A final authoriser then gives full approval before the data flows into payroll.
- Organisations can configure who can pre-authorise, who can fully authorise, and whether overrides are permitted, tailoring the process to their unique needs.
This flexible framework puts you in control, ensuring the right level of oversight while streamlining workflows.
