Introducing more improvements to Timesheets, more consistent retention of accurate dates in Employee Roster, and additional data validation in Template Manager.

Now available in staging environments, all Humanforce Cloud accounts will be automatically updated to bring you the items below, overnight on Wednesday 24th January 2023.

Timesheets

Management > Timesheets > Timesheets

Where a timesheet that spans midnight is split, the new timesheets created that start on the following day will have the correct timesheet date applied.

Controls have been strengthened to ensure users without the appropriate permissions are unable to view their own costs.

Employee Roster

Management > Rostering > Employee Rostering

Shifts with a start date in a previous month will now retain the correct date where the start time (hour or minute) was cleared and new values entered.

Template Manager

Management > Rostering > Template Manager 

Shifts that include both an unpaid and paid break are now validated to ensure the breaks don't overlap.
