Consistent 24-Hour time format across rostering tools
To ensure a consistent experience across Humanforce WFM, all shift times, break times, and other time entries now display in 24-hour format within both Roster and Template Manager. This aligns them with Timesheets, Leave/Availability pages, and legacy tools like Department Rostering, making it easier for managers to read, plan, and communicate rosters without confusion.
Wider Filter Display for Easier Navigation
We’ve improved the page layout when displaying all available roster filters. Filters will now extend across the full screen width before wrapping, reducing unused space and helping users scan and interact with filters more efficiently, especially useful when managing complex rosters with many filter options.

Reassign Locked Shifts Without Unlocking First
Managers with the appropriate permissions can now reassign or offer locked shifts without the extra step of unlocking them. This streamlines the shift management process by reducing clicks and speeding up handovers or reassignments, particularly useful during last-minute changes.
Clearer Error Messages When Notifications Fail
When SMS or push notifications for shift offers fail, admins will now see more detailed error messages explaining what went wrong. This provides better visibility for troubleshooting and ensures a quicker path to resolution when issues arise with offer delivery.
Faster Search by Employee Name or Code
We’ve optimised the “Employee code or name” filter in Shift, People, and Role views for faster performance. Searches now return matching employees more quickly, making it easier to find team members and take action in high-volume rosters.

Faster Shift Editing with Background Validation
Editing shifts in Template Manager is now quicker, thanks to a behind-the-scenes enhancement. Validation and warnings are now processed in the background, allowing the shift editor window to open faster so managers can get in and make changes with less delay.
Bid Manager

Accurate Bid Counts for Overnight Shifts
We resolved an issue where some employee bids for overnight shifts weren’t reflected in the Bid Count summary row, even though they appeared in the expanded bid list. Now, all valid bids are consistently counted and displayed, giving managers an accurate view of shift demand when making decisions.
