New release! Humanforce Cloud Workforce Management – Version 6.0.61

We’re excited to announce the release of Humanforce Workforce Management (Cloud) version 6.0.61. This release delivers faster shift bidding, real-time payroll totals, improved reporting, and expanded payroll access (including IPayroll/Cloud payroll, now available beyond Back Office). With these updates, Cloud WFM employees and managers gain quicker, more accurate workforce and payroll tools across the platform.

Release Schedule

  • Staging environments were updated on Thursday, 18th September 2025
  • All Humanforce WFM (Cloud) accounts and UAT environments will be automatically updated overnight on Wednesday, 1st October 2025.

Bid Manager

Management > Shift > Bid Manager

Reviewing shift bids with default area

The default area of an employee is now included in the employee details when reviewing the bids against a shift. This makes it easier for a manager to match shifts in a given area with an employee who works in that same area, better inform managers of the default area of their employees and ultimately ensure better fit employees are filling available shifts.

Faster shift bid reviewing and searching

We have optimised the bid search process to improve the loading times of shift bidding screens, allowing managers to view and review shift bids faster when searching for shift bids.

Employee Shift Bidding

Employee > Shift Bidding

Faster shift bidding and reviewing

Employees on Humanforce Cloud WFM will experience faster loading of shift bid information, making it easier to review and bid on shifts in the Shift Bidding screen.

Payroll

Management > Timesheets > Payroll

Auto-updated summary totals in Payroll Daily Breakdown screen

We have now improved the updating of summary totals after customers perform manual interpretation of a timesheet entry in the daily breakdown of the Payroll screen. This screen will now  instantly refresh with auto-updated totals. This change now ensures accurate payroll data without needing a page refresh, ensuring greater payroll processing accuracy and reliability.

IPayroll / Cloud Payroll availability in Cloud WFM

Payroll teams can now access iPayroll/Cloud Payroll package in Humanforce WFM to export payroll data. Previously only available in Humanforce Back Office version of our Workforce Management (WFM) system, availability in Cloud WFM now streamlines payroll processing by ensuring all payroll processing is managed directly within Humanforce Cloud WFM whilst also improving payroll stability.

Reports

Reports > Timesheets

Accurate Work History Reporting

We have now excluded deleted breaks in the Work History Report calculations. This ensures only valid and active break records are now being displayed.

Workforce Analytics

Management > Advanced > Workforce analytics

Faster timesheet reporting

We have improved the performance of Workforce Analytics timesheet reporting, so that managers will experience faster load times and a smoother overall reporting experience.

Integration Central

HR > WFM

HR to WFM integration qualification improvements

With this improvement, only qualifications with statuses APPROVED, CURRENT, FUTURE or EXPIRING SOON will be imported to Humanforce Cloud WFM. Any qualifications deleted in Humanforce HR will still need to be manually deleted in WFM until auto-deletes are supported.
