New release! Humanforce Cloud Workforce Management – Version 6.0.73

We’re pleased to announce the release of Humanforce Workforce Management (Cloud) version 6.0.73, which delivers improvements across rostering safety and usability, time & attendance behaviour for auto‑divided shifts and breaks, and more reliable payroll and costing outcomes. This release also introduces new configuration options that give admins finer control over templates, alerts, and exports.

Release Schedule

  • Staging environments were updated on Thursday, 26th March, 2026.
  • All Humanforce WFM (Cloud) accounts and UAT environments will be automatically updated to version 6.0.73 overnight on Wednesday, 8th April, 2026.

Rostering & Templates

Easily track employees without shifts in a roster period

Management > Rostering > Roster Manager

The Minimum Period Hours roster alert has been extended to cover employees who have no shifts in the period. The alerts notification panel can now highlight employees who haven’t met their minimum hours, factoring in any configured leave hours, so managers can quickly spot missed rostering and stay compliant even when no shifts have been created.

Restrict rosters that breach Minimum shift gap rules

Admin > System Config > Clock-in Settings

Minimum Shift Gap alerts can now be configured as Restrictive, preventing rosters from being saved or published when shifts would breach an employee’s award rest conditions. Conflicting shifts are clearly highlighted as errors in the notifications panel and shift editor (including templates and bulk edits), helping roster admins actively enforce minimum rest periods instead of relying on warnings alone for maximum compliance.

Tighter delete permissions for managing templates

Management > Rostering > Template Manager

Template permissions now include a dedicated Delete shifts permission for both Normal and Master templates. This allows you to grant people the ability to edit and maintain template shifts without also allowing them to delete them, giving admins more granular control and reducing the risk of accidental shift removal in shared templates.

Fill Shift and break validation improvements

Management > Rostering > Roster Manager / Template Manager

When you adjust a shift’s start or end time, those updated times now flow directly into the Advanced Search / Fill Shift dialog without needing to click away from the field first. In Template Editor, validation also correctly prevents saving shifts when the break falls outside the updated shift times, reducing invalid patterns and rework for roster admins.

Clearer character limits when requesting confirmation

Management > Rostering > Roster Manager

When sending Request confirmation messages from Roster Manager, the character count now reflects the final personalised content (after employee names and other fields are inserted). Instead of blocking you at a hard limit, the screen shows a live character count and only surfaces a warning when messages get long, so you can decide whether to shorten the text or send as‑is.

Clocking, Timesheets & Breaks

Early clock‑ins correctly affect auto‑authorisation

Management > Timesheets > Timesheets

For employees clocking early into the first of several back‑to‑back rostered shifts, auto‑authorisation now correctly uses their actual clock‑in time when evaluating each split timesheet. This means the first timesheet will no longer be auto‑authorised when someone starts earlier than the configured threshold, improving accuracy and reducing manual corrections on multi‑shift days.

Paid breaks applied across auto‑divided shifts

Management > Timesheets > Timesheets

When auto‑divide is enabled and an employee clocks across multiple consecutive rostered shifts, paid breaks from each roster line are now carried through to every resulting timesheet—not just the first one. This keeps timesheets aligned to rostered paid breaks and helps payroll teams avoid missing paid break entitlements for later shifts in the sequence.

Payroll, Costing & Exports

Cintra Variance export with configurable cost fields

Management > Timesheets > Payroll

The Cintra Standard Payroll File – Variance Export now supports four additional configurable fields for Post Reference and Cost Codes 1–3. These fields can be mapped from existing Humanforce payroll tags, giving payroll teams more flexibility in how costs are grouped and posted for Cintra journals, while preserving full compatibility with existing 8‑column exports.

More accurate period threshold overtime across midnight

Award Profile Costing

The Period Threshold rule in Award Profile Costing has been refined so ordinary and overtime hours are applied accurately when shifts cross midnight. This ensures the expected overtime pay types and hour splits are honoured across the full period, improving confidence in award costing where overnight work is common.

Cost Centre Mapping – safer “Assign Cost Centres” workflow

Management > Timesheets > Payroll > Cost Centre Mapping

The Assign Cost Centres screen has been updated to preserve existing mappings when you edit a mapping’s name or export code, only updating scopes when they actually change. Selection behaviour has also been simplified so mappings are no longer auto‑ticked on row click and selected rows are cleared after assignment, making it harder to accidentally apply or overwrite cost centre mappings.
