- All Humanforce WFM (Cloud) accounts and UAT environments will be automatically updated overnight on Wednesday, 15th July, 2026.
Rostering & Templates
Keep Labour Groups expanded for faster shift management
Management > Rostering > Roster Manager
When viewing rosters grouped by Labour Group in the Single Day view, users can now expand or collapse all Labour Groups at once, instead of opening each group individually.
Roster Manager will remember the last selected state, so Labour Groups load expanded or collapsed as expected, including additional groups that appear while scrolling. This gives Workforce Planners and managers working with events that contain many Labour Groups a faster way to view shifts and manage coverage, similar to the experience in the legacy Back Office Event Planner.
For more information, refer to the Help article: Use Labour Groups in Roster Manager.
Clocking, Timesheets & Breaks
Timesheet Admin data now exports to Excel or CSV
Management > Timesheets > Timesheets
Timesheet Admin now supports exporting the currently filtered timesheet list to Excel or CSV.
The export reflects the same date range, filters, and columns configured in your Screen Settings, giving administrators a consistent way to review and analyse timesheet data outside Humanforce.
Exported cost columns continue to respect existing cost-visibility permissions, so users will only see cost data they are authorised to access. This also reduces the need to rely on the equivalent Back Office export.
Paid Break minutes now visible at a glance
Management > Timesheets > Timesheets
The existing Break Minutes column has been renamed to Unpaid Break (Mins), and a new Paid Break (Mins) column is now available alongside it, so you can see paid and unpaid break time separately rather than relying on one combined figure. Both columns can be shown or hidden independently via Screen Settings, and any saved preferences for the original Break Minutes column carry over automatically to Unpaid Break (Mins).
Compare timesheet breaks without leaving the grid
Management > Timesheets > Timesheets
Where a timesheet has recorded breaks, the Unpaid Break (Mins) and Paid Break (Mins) columns now show a count you can click to open a Break Preview modal, listing each break's start time, end time, length, and paid status without leaving the grid. This makes it much faster to cross-check breaks across multiple timesheets when reviewing at scale, and an edit pencil in the modal jumps straight into the full timesheet editor if a change is needed.
Filter timesheets by lock and pay status in one click
Management > Timesheets > Timesheets
Timesheet Admin now includes a Locked/Paid filter with four options — Locked & Paid, Locked & Unpaid, Unlocked & Paid, and Unlocked & Unpaid — so you can narrow the list to exactly the combination you need.
A new “Active” filter option has also been added to the existing "All Timesheets" filter, sitting alongside Authorised, for a quicker view of currently active timesheets.
Review allowance details without opening the timesheet
Management > Timesheets > Timesheets
A new Allowances column shows the number of unique allowance types recorded against a timesheet, so you no longer need to open the timesheet to check whether allowances have been applied correctly. Clicking on a non-zero value reveals a tooltip with the name, unit value, quantity, and amount for each allowance, and the column can be sorted, added, or removed like any other via Screen Settings.
Actual break times now visible in the Timesheet Editor
Management > Timesheets > Timesheets
When editing a timesheet, actual break start and end times recorded against a shift are now displayed alongside the scheduled break details, matching the level of detail already available in Back Office. The actual times only appear where this data exists, giving reviewers a clearer picture of what happened on shift.
Smoother redirect after creating a timesheet from roster
Management > Timesheets > Timesheets
Creating timesheets from the roster using Bulk Timesheet Create now transitions cleanly into Daily Authorisation. After the timesheets are created, users can move straight into reviewing and authorising the day without any interruption to the workflow.
Accurate break allocation across auto-divided shifts
Admin > System Config > Clock-in Settings
When an employee's clock-in spans several back-to-back rostered shifts with auto-divide enabled, a break taken during a later shift is now allocated to that shift's timesheet based on when the break actually occurred. Previously, a clocked break could be assigned to the first timesheet in the sequence regardless of when it was taken, which could result in duplicate break coverage where auto-breaks were also configured. Each split timesheet now reflects the breaks that genuinely occurred within it.
Reporting & Analytics
Sales Budget dashboards now respect your access permissions
Management > Advanced > Workforce Analytics
Dashboards built on the Sales Budget data source now correctly restrict results to the locations and departments a user is permitted to see, in line with how every other Workforce Analytics data source already behaves. Previously, a Sales Budget dashboard could return data for locations and departments outside a user's configured access level, even though other data sources such as Timesheet Data and Roster Data correctly applied those restrictions. All Workforce Analytics data sources now honour the same location and department visibility rules.
