Rostering & Templates

More compact shift cards in Roster Manager and Template Manager

Management > Rostering > Roster Manager / Template Manager

Shift cards now have a more compact layout, so you can see more shifts at once with less scrolling. Shift details and status indicators are easier to read, and assignee names now appear in bold. The changes apply in both People and Role views.

Hide empty rows in Roster Manager and Template Manager

Management > Rostering > Roster Manager / Template Manager

You can now hide empty rows in Roster Manager and Template Manager, so you can focus on the rows that have shifts and spend less time scrolling. Hidden rows reappear automatically as soon as they have a shift.

Shift Editor validation now uses configured alert names and messages

Management > Rostering > Roster Manager

Roster Manager’s Shift Editor now shows your configured alert names and custom messages in validation warnings and blocking errors. This makes it clearer why a shift needs attention before you save it.

More efficient Fill Shift screen with adjustable page size

Management > Rostering > Roster Manager > Fill Shift

The Fill Shift screen now makes better use of the modal space, so you can see more at a glance. You can also choose how many employees to display per page (10, 20, 50 or 100), and your preference is remembered for next time.

Labour Group values now populate new single shifts

Management > Rostering > Roster Manager / Template Manager

When you add a single shift under a Labour Group in Roster Manager or Template Manager, it now inherits the Labour Group’s Area, Event, Function, Shift Definition, unpaid break time and duration. This makes single shift setup consistent with bulk shift creation, so there’s less to fill in manually.

Update Labour Group changes across existing shifts

Management > Rostering > Roster Manager

When you edit a Labour Group in Roster Manager, you can now choose Save & Update Shifts... to apply your changes to the shifts within it. The Bulk Edit Shifts dialog opens automatically, so you can review the changed Labour Group values before applying them. This saves you from re-entering the same details on each shift.

Automatically unconfirm edited or unassigned shifts

Admin > System Config > Location Settings

You can now enable "Unconfirm shift when unassigned or edited" in Location Settings. When enabled, editing, reassigning or unassigning a confirmed shift in Roster Manager automatically changes it to Unconfirmed status to reflect that the shift details have changed and it warrants reconfirming - either by the manager or the assignee (via a confirmation request).

Employee Management

Incomplete employee profiles are now visible to authorised users

Management > Employee > Employee Management

Employee Management in Humanforce Cloud now displays incomplete employee profiles when you have the "View incomplete profiles" permission, so you can find and complete profiles even when location, department or role information is incomplete.

Payroll & Integrations

WageEasy exports no longer duplicate leave entries

Management > Advanced > Integration Central

WageEasy payroll exports in Humanforce Cloud now include leave entries only in the "Leave" summary, preventing leave hours from being duplicated in the timecard and leave sections of the exported file.

More payroll connectors are now available in Humanforce Cloud

Management > Admin > Award Config > Payroll Companies

Additional payroll connectors are now available directly in Humanforce Cloud, including EPayroll/AussiePay, HR3, Micropay, MYOB Premier, Payforce, AcePayroll, Aurion, Comacc, GreenTree, InfiniteCloud, Kingstreet, MYOB EXO, Payline, Pulse, SAP, Talent2 and TechnologyOne Special, so more of your payroll integrations are available to manage in Humanforce Cloud.

Payforce Payroll Export - Leave entries with different pay rates remain separate

Management > Admin > Award Config > Payroll Companies

When generating Payforce payroll exports, leave consolidation logic now factors in differing pay rates. For employees who work across multiple roles or pay tiers, separate leave entries with distinct rates are preserved as individual export lines. This ensures rate integrity and alignment with your downstream payroll system.
