New release! Humanforce Cloud Workforce Management – Version 6.0.85

We're pleased to announce the release of Humanforce Workforce Management (Cloud) version 6.0.85. This release brings significant usability and performance enhancements to Roster Manager and Template Manager, including customisable modal layouts, the ability to pin unassigned shifts while navigating schedules, increased bulk-edit limits, and improved leave validation handling.

Release Schedule

  • Staging environments: Friday, 11 September, 2026.
  • All Humanforce WFM (Cloud) accounts and UAT environments: Wednesday, 23 September, 2026.

Rostering & Templates

Pin and resize the Unassigned shifts section in People View

Management > Rostering > Roster Manager

You can now pin the Unassigned shifts section at the top of the People View grid using the new pin icon toggle. When pinned, the section remains fixed at the top with its own scrollbar while you scroll through employee rows underneath, making it effortless to review unallocated shifts and drag them into employee schedules. You can also drag the bottom divider of the pinned section to adjust its height to suit your screen size.

Customise and reorder columns in Edit Shifts and Add & Assign modals

Management > Rostering > Roster Manager / Template Manager

The Edit Shifts and Add & Assign Shifts modals across Roster Manager and Template Manager now feature a Screen Settings control. Managers can choose exactly which columns appear and reorder them to match their workflow.

Column spacing has also been tightened and key headers, such as the Role column in Add & Assign, remain frozen, ensuring critical details like start times, finish times, and breaks can be viewed and edited without horizontal scrolling.

Active Only filter is now enabled by default in Template Manager

Management > Rostering > Template Manager

When opening Template Manager, the Active Only filter toggle is now switched on by default. This ensures the template list immediately displays only active templates, cutting through clutter and preventing accidental edits to inactive or historical templates. Your filter preference is also remembered when you leave and return to the page.

Copy Labour Group automatically removes out-of-range Events and Functions

Management > Rostering > Roster Manager

When copying a Labour Group to a date where an assigned Event or Function is no longer valid, Roster Manager now automatically unassigns the out-of-range Event or Function and displays a clear notification banner. Previously, copying labour groups always copied Event and Function, which could leave shifts attached to invalid event dates. Shifts are now safely copied with only valid event associations intact.

Show or hide employees with expired visas when filling shifts

Management > Rostering > Roster Manager > Fill Shift

A new Expired visa option has been added to the Hide Employees filter in Advanced Search within Fill Shift (across both Roster Manager and Template Manager). This filter is enabled by default so managers immediately focus on eligible staff, while allowing the flexibility to uncheck the filter when reviewing overall workforce availability. In addition, visa expiry dates now consider an employee's visa valid through the end of the specified expiry day.

Expand or collapse all roster groupings in a single click

Management > Rostering > Roster Manager

The Expand All and Collapse All toolbar controls are now available across all flat grouping types in Roster Manager, including Location, Department, Area, and Role views. Previously available only for Labour Groups, managers can now instantly expand or collapse all grouped sections at once, significantly accelerating navigation across large rosters.

Sales Budget toggle preference is now remembered across sessions

Management > Rostering > Roster Manager

Roster Manager now remembers your Sales Budget panel toggle choice. Whether you prefer to keep the Sales Budget panel open or collapsed, your preference remains, making your workflow faster, easier and more consistent.

Higher bulk edit limit for large rosters

Management > Rostering > Roster Manager

To support large venues and complex operations, the maximum number of shifts that can be edited in a single bulk action has been increased from 500 to 2,000 shifts. Managers can now apply shift adjustments across entire operational rosters in one go without encountering batch threshold limits.

Timesheets

Roster source hours respected for Leave in Days timesheets

Management > Timesheets > Timesheet Admin

When generating or converting timesheets for leave types measured in days, timesheet duration validation now correctly respects the configured roster source hours. Previously, system validation could trigger a "no default hours" error if the shift times fell outside standard award profile hours, even when valid roster source hours were present. The validation logic now accommodates non-standard shift times, allowing timesheets to process smoothly.

Payroll & Integrations

Duplicate row prevention and date formatting improvements for PayGlobal export

Management > Timesheets > Payroll

When exporting payruns using the PayGlobal connector, leave pay types configured with Reduce Quantity now export strictly as dedicated leave transactions rather than outputting both a normal and a leave row. This eliminates duplicate records and prevents double-counting of employee hours downstream. In addition, date formatting has been strengthened so calendar months export reliably.

Introducing Shift Linking in Roster Manager

We are excited to announce Shift Linking, a powerful new way to produce better rosters with ease, is now available for existing customers via Early Access.

For scheduling coordinators managing complex, multi-event, or distributed frontline workforces, assigning the same employee across multiple shifts in a day has always meant hunting down individual shift tiles and applying changes one by one; a slow, error-prone process.

Shift Linking was built to solve this problem. Shift Linking is a purpose-built mechanism to group, select, and edit connected shifts instantly, so that you can eliminate manual effort, prevent data loss, and maintain scheduling integrity from roster build through to supervisor review.

Let’s dive in…

🔥 What's New

Shift Linking introduces a set of tightly integrated capabilities that make managing complex, multi-shift structures faster, smarter, and more reliable within Roster Manager.

  • One-click group selection – Click the link icon on any shift tile to instantly select every shift in that linked group simultaneously — replacing manual, tile-by-tile hunting with a single action that takes under two seconds.
  • Floating bulk-action toolbar – A new viewport-pinned selection toolbar appears automatically whenever two or more shifts are selected, surfacing Edit, Link, and Unlink actions directly in the coordinator's workflow — no more buried context menus or top-bar dropdowns.
  • Unsaved changes protection – A new navigation prompt prevents silent data loss: if a coordinator clicks away mid-edit, the system prompts them to save or keep editing before navigating — ensuring in-progress work is never silently discarded.
  • Persistent validation warnings – When a conflicted or overtime-triggering assignment is saved, clear visual warning indicators — yellow cards, warning icons, and text blocks — persist on the roster grid and in the Shift Editor, keeping compliance issues visible for supervisor review until they are explicitly resolved.
  • Cascading bulk unassign – Unassigning any shift within a linked group automatically cascades the action across the entire group, maintaining the structural integrity of linked assignments and preventing orphaned or inconsistent shift states.

⭐ Why it Matters

Shift Linking replaces fragmented, manual roster workflows with structured, auditable scheduling operations.

  • Smarter Rostering – Shift Linking replaces slow, manual roster workflows with structured, one-click group management across connected shifts.
  • Instant Group Control – Coordinators can select, edit, and unassign entire linked shift groups instantly, with every in-progress change protected from accidental loss.
  • Compliance Visibility – Persistent validation warnings keep compliance and overtime conflicts visible on the roster until they are explicitly resolved.
  • Lower Labour Costs – Labour costs are reduced by making it easy to combine shorter shifts, eliminate scheduling gaps, and meet minimum call-out requirements.
  • Easy Transition from Back office  – Existing linked shifts from Back Office surface automatically in Roster Manager on day one.

🏁 Getting Started

Shift Linking is being made available in cloud via Roster Manager, through an Early Access program. Initially this is for customers who've used this functionality in the Back Office Event Planner, and later will be opened up for all interested customers.

Early access allows your team to review the functionality, plan for and adjust any necessary workflows, and provide direct feedback to our product team regarding further improvements or user experience suggestions.

To request access, please contact support@humanforce.com or to learn about Shift Linking, read this help article.

New release! Humanforce Cloud Workforce Management – Version 6.0.84

We're pleased to announce the release of Humanforce Workforce Management (Cloud) version 6.0.84. This update ensures Sales Budget forecast labour accurately reconciles between Roster Manager and Workforce Analytics by incorporating unassigned shifts into the data model.

Operational control is enhanced through the introduction of a dedicated "Assign & Unassign" permission for Template Manager, decoupling it from standard rostering access. Additionally, we’ve expanded Chat capacity to support team-wide communications for groups exceeding 100 participants.

Release Schedule

Staging environments were updated on Friday, 28th August, 2026.

All Humanforce WFM (Cloud) accounts and UAT environments will be automatically updated overnight on Wednesday, 9th September, 2026.

Rostering & Templates

New dedicated Assign & Unassign permission for Template Manager

Management > Rostering > Template Manager

Template Manager now has its own Assign & Unassign permission for both Normal Templates and Master Templates, separate from Rostering Screen permissions. Previously, assign/unassign access for shifts in Template Manager was tied to the shared Rostering permission, which made it difficult to provide this functionality in one space and not the other. Template permissions are now self-contained, so you can grant shift assign/unassign access independently of rostering and keep template access aligned with each user's role.

Any users who already had the Rostering > Allow editing > Assign and Unassign permission will automatically have the new template Assign and Unassign permissions enabled.

Managers can now override an insufficient leave balance when re-assigning a shift

Management > Rostering > Roster Manager

When re-assigning a published shift in Roster Manager to create an employee's leave timesheet, managers can now invoke the configured Shift Type Hierarchy when the target shift type has one, or override the insufficient accrual warning where their access level includes TimeTarget Online > View Timesheet Authorisation > Allow editing > Allow override of insufficient accrual warning. Previously both actions were blocked when the employee had insufficient leave balance, which could prevent leave from being recorded for employees with a low balance.

Employee Communications

Chats support more than 100 participants

Employee > Messages > Chat

When starting a new chat, you can now add more than 100 people using Add All, so team-wide and department-wide conversations are no longer limited to 100 participants. Users are added in batches automatically, letting you bring larger groups into a single conversation.

Reporting & Analytics

Sales Budget forecast labour now includes Unassigned shifts

Management > Advanced > Workforce Analytics

This update brings consistency to the Forecast Labour values in Roster Manager's Sales Budget panel and the Workforce Analytics Sales Budget report, by now including Unassigned shift hours and cost. Previously, these were excluded on both surfaces, so forecast totals could differ from the older Department Rostering and the Sales Budget report tool. Forecast Labour now reconciles across these views for the same date range, location and department - giving you consistent, accurate forecast data.

Separate controls for Planned and Unplanned leave in Sales & Budget

Admin > Admin Config > System Settings > Roster/Roster Templates

Also in the Sales Budget space, we've introduced flexibility in how leave timesheets should be handled with regards to the Actual Labour values. The Leave exclusion setting in System Settings > Roster/Roster Templates is now split into two controls:

  • Exclude Planned "Leave Type" timesheets
  • Exclude Unplanned "Leave Type" timesheets

This lets you independently decide whether planned or unplanned leave is excluded from Actual Labour cost calculations in the Sales & Budget module, matching your organization's requirements.

Payroll, Costing & Awards

New "Use no folder" option for SFTP exports

Admin > Award Config > Payroll Companies

The SFTP export configuration for Pay Companies is now more flexible; offering three folder options instead of two:

  • Use default folder - exports to /payroll-export/[paycompany]
  • Use custom folder - exports to /payroll-export/[your custom folder]
  • Use no folder - exports to the base /payroll-export/ directory

Each option now includes helper text showing the target path. The new Use no folder option writes export files directly to the base payroll-export/ directory, matching Back Office export behaviour. This is particularly useful for customers with custom payroll integrations who may not be able to adjust their downstream integration quickly — providing a configuration path to target the base directory without requiring changes to their current export process.

New release! Humanforce Cloud Workforce Management – Version 6.0.83

We're happy to advise the release of Humanforce Workforce Management (Cloud) version 6.0.83. This release delivers a concentrated set of reliability improvements across Roster Manager and Fill Shift, timesheet administration fixes spanning editing, filtering, and sorting, and a new Comments field for Workforce Analytics reporting.

Release Schedule

  • Staging environments were updated on Friday, 14th August, 2026.

  • All Humanforce WFM (Cloud) accounts and UAT environments will be automatically updated overnight on Wednesday, 26th August, 2026.

Rostering & Templates

See bids and offers in your local time when using Fill Shift

Management > Rostering > Roster Manager

The Bid/Offer Time column in Fill Shift now converts bid and offer timestamps to the viewing user's local device time. Previously, this column could display the raw stored time without adjusting for time zone, which may have shown a bid or offer time that appeared earlier or later than when it actually occurred. This gives managers a more accurate picture of when employees responded to a shift.

Clearing stale shift offers when unassigning a shift

Management > Rostering > Roster Manager

Unassigning an employee from a shift now clears that shift's existing offers and bids, so Fill Shift and Bid Manager no longer show outdated accept or decline statuses for a shift that has since reopened. This keeps Fill Shift and Bid Manager focused on genuinely available candidates, whichever method is used to unassign the shift.

Reassign Shift & entering leave timesheet is more flexible on authorisation permission checks

Management > Rostering > Roster Manager

Reassigning a published shift and creating a leave timesheet now only auto-checks the "Authorised" checkbox when the user's access level allows auto-authorisation for leave timesheets added during the reassign workflow. Previously, the dialog assumed the user would authorise the timesheet and saving could be blocked if they did not have permission.

This ensures that managers can successfully submit leave timesheets during the reassign workflow without encountering unexpected validation errors, even when they do not have global timesheet authorisation permissions.

Fill Shift – more consistent results near maximum hours

Management > Rostering > Roster Manager

Fill Shift now returns a more consistent set of candidate employees when reviewing staff who are close to their configured maximum hours. Previously, an employee could be omitted from the results after being assigned several shifts in the same period in quick succession - even with all filters cleared.

This update ensures that candidate lists remain accurate and responsive, providing managers with a reliable view of all available staff during busy rostering sessions.

Fill Shift – Improved calibration of the "Shifts + Leave" values

Management > Rostering > Roster Manager

When reviewing candidates in the Fill Shift flow, the "Shifts + Leave" count shown has been updated to count only timesheets with a leave shift type, alongside rostered shifts. Previously, this count may have included other authorised timesheets in the pay period, inflating the figure with ordinary work timesheets that aren't leave. This provides managers with a more accurate view of an employee's total commitments within a pay period, supporting better workload balancing.

Roster Manager – better handling of near-identical alerts

Management > Rostering > Roster Manager

We have improved the stability of Roster Manager when handling multiple active alerts of the same restriction type, such as Employee Role Restriction. This update ensures that all relevant alerts are correctly processed and displayed, providing managers with comprehensive validation support without interruption.

Staff Availability – actions menu more accessible on wide screens

Management > Rostering > Staff Availability

The kebab menu on the Staff Availability page now stays fixed alongside the table as you scroll, rather than requiring you to scroll right to reveal it. This makes shift and availability actions easier to reach on narrower screens or when many columns are displayed.

Clocking, Timesheets & Breaks

Timesheet Admin – smarter handling of inline edits on overnight shifts

Management > Timesheets > Timesheets

This update addresses a case where editing the Start after the End field had already been adjusted, for an overnight shift, could leave the timesheet spanning more than 24 hours.

The grid's inline editor now checks the existing End time and repositions it as needed, keeping the timesheet within a single valid overnight span, ensuring entries stay consistent with the same overnight logic applied in the full editor.

Sorting timesheets by Award Profile

Management > Timesheets > Timesheets

The Award Profile column in Timesheet Admin can now be sorted in ascending or descending order. Previously, clicking to sort this column may not have reordered the timesheet list by award profile value, regardless of whether timesheets were grouped.

Reporting & Analytics

Printed Employee Rosters are now more compact and easier to read or share

Reports > Roster > Roster by Employee

The Roster Report by Employee has a tighter, more compact layout, reducing excess white space so more of the roster fits on each printed or exported page. This brings the web report closer in line with the equivalent Back Office report that many customers — particularly sites printing rosters for noticeboards — are used to.

Workforce Analytics – Comments field added for Roster Templates

Management > Advanced > Workforce Analytics

The Roster Templates data source in Workforce Analytics now includes a Comments field, so comments captured on roster template and master template shifts can be added to custom WFA reports and dashboards. Comment values are only visible to users with permission to see comments on the relevant shift, keeping reporting aligned with existing view permissions.

Payroll, Costing & Awards

Unlock timesheets directly in Payroll for editing

Management > Timesheets > Payroll

Users with permission to change a timesheet's lock state can now see and use the Lock control when editing a timesheet from the Payroll screen. Previously, this control didn’t appear in the editor for anyone, preventing other fields from being edited until the timesheet was unlocked elsewhere. This lets payroll teams unlock and adjust a processed timesheet in one place, without leaving the Payroll screen.

Introducing Clocking Widget in Work app.

We are excited to introduce a new enhancement to the Humanforce Work App: the Clocking Widget.

For frontline employees, every second at the start and end of a shift matters. For many, navigating through a mobile app to find the clocking screen is a small but common inconvenience to what should be the simplest part of the working day. At the same time, a lack of immediate visibility into upcoming shifts contributes to late arrivals and missed start times: a persistent challenge for managers of shift-based, distributed workforces.

This is why we've built our Clocking Widget, the small Humanforce mobile home screen shortcut to getting critical shift-based information and functions employees need without having to open the app.

Let's dive in...

🔥 What's New

Designed to be fast, reliable, and deliver a seamless mobile experience available across iOS and Android in Work app, here’s what the powerful clocking widget delivers at the fingertips of every employee:

  • One-tap clocking – A single tap on the widget launches the Work App and executes the clocking action instantly, no navigation, no extra steps.
  • Live shift countdown and elapsed timer – A real-time countdown to the next rostered shift switches automatically to an elapsed timer once the employee is clocked in.
  • State and permission-locked functions – The widget displays only the actions each employee is permitted to take, dynamically adapting to their current shift state and individual clocking permissions.
  • Customise size – Choose between a small informational widget for a quick shift status glance, or a medium widget with full interactive clocking buttons.

⭐ Why it Matters

The Humanforce Clocking Widget improves users' lives and delivers better organisational outcomes by enhancing attendance, compliance, and the user experience, saving people time whilst delivering a better experience.

  • Drive better attendance – Persistent home-screen shift countdowns and "Running Late" alerts keep start times front of mind, reducing late arrivals and no-shows.
  • Increase compliance – Permission-aware buttons enforce clocking rules automatically at the widget level, eliminating non-compliant clock-ins without any additional training.
  • Seamless clocking experience – Employees go from the home screen to clocked in with a single tap, eliminating unnecessary steps from the most repeated action of their working day.
  • Schedule clarity – Live shift countdowns and elapsed timers give every employee instant, always-visible awareness of when their shift starts and how long they have been working.

🏁 Getting Started

Clocking Widget is now available in Humanforce Work app. To learn more, read this help article.

New Release! Work App - Version 1.28

We're excited to announce Work App Version 1.28, headlined by the new home screen Clocking widget, clearer switching between companies, and a range of resolved issues across login, leave, timesheets, clocking, and notifications.

Release Schedule

iOS and Android Work App v1.28 is expected to be available in the week of 10th August 2026.

Clocking Widget

Add from your device home screen

Add the new Clocking widget to your home screen to see your current clocking status and shift context at a glance, without opening the app. Tap the widget to jump straight into the app to start work, take a break, or clock out. Available on iOS and Android in small and medium sizes.

Clearer Company Switching

Home

If you work across more than one company, moving between them is now much clearer. The home screen shows which company you're currently in, and you can switch from a list view. Companies not yet on the cloud platform now appear too, greyed out with a short explanation, so you always know what you have access to.

Manager Timesheet Attachments

Home > Timesheets

Managers can now see timesheet attachments directly on the main timesheet authorisation card. Supporting documents are visible upfront, so there's no need to edit the timesheet to check what's been attached.

Forgot Password for Single Sign-On Users

Login > Forgot Password

For organisations that use single sign-on, the forgot password flow now guides SSO users correctly. It skips the passcode step and returns you to the login screen. Users will also receive an email instructing them how to reset their password.

Quarter-Hour Time Selection for Availability and Leave

Schedule > Availability

Setting your availability and applying for leave is now quicker on iPhones. The time picker snaps to quarter-hour intervals, so you can set start and end times with fewer taps.

Payslips Button Visibility

Earnings > Payslips

When your employer hasn't enabled payslips, the Payslips button now appears greyed out rather than hidden, making it clear the feature exists but isn't switched on for your organisation.

Resolved Issues

Login & Single Sign-On

  • The app no longer hangs on an endless loading spinner when a single sign-on session fails to refresh, and instead returns you to the login screen (iOS).

Leave & Availability

Home > Leave approvals & Schedule > Leave

  • Managers approving leave no longer see a "Something went wrong" error when the "allow override of insufficient accrual warning" permission is turned off. Approvals now work regardless of that setting (iOS & Android).
  • Applying for leave across an overnight rostered shift no longer includes the next day's roster entry, so requests cover only the correct days (Android).

Timesheets

Earnings > Timesheets

  • Creating a timesheet no longer crashes the app when the start time is set first, so fields can be filled in any order (Android).
  • Net length on an edited timesheet no longer deducts paid break time, so the duration matches what was actually worked (Android).
  • Adding an allowance while creating a timesheet no longer fails with an error (Android).

Clocking

Home

  • Starting a non-rostered shift no longer leaves the screen loading indefinitely when the request fails (iOS).
  • The "no permission to start a non-rostered shift" message now only appears when it should. Previously it could show even when the real cause was that timesheet clocking was disabled (iOS & Android).

Notifications

  • Multiple improvements to push notifications, including additional retries when notifications were not initially delivered.
  • Shift offer notifications are no longer dropped when the app has been force-quit, so they arrive as expected (iOS).

New release! Humanforce Cloud Workforce Management – Version 6.0.82

We're pleased to announce the release of Humanforce Workforce Management (Cloud) version 6.0.82. This release sharpens data validation across Timesheet Admin and Workforce Analytics, and gives administrators more flexibility over payroll connector configuration and employee profile management.

Release Schedule

  • Staging environments were updated on Friday 31st July, 2026.
  • All Humanforce WFM (Cloud) accounts and UAT environments will be automatically updated overnight on Wednesday 12th August, 2026.

Clocking, Timesheets & Breaks

Timesheet Admin now flags invalid Location, Department or Role data

Management > Timesheets > Timesheets

Timesheet Admin now flags timesheet rows where the recorded Location, Department or Role has been removed from the employee’s profile.

This gives managers earlier visibility of invalid L/D/R data directly from the timesheet grid, so affected records can be reviewed and corrected before payroll processing. For teams managing profile changes, transfers, or clean-up activity, this helps reduce the chance of invalid timesheets progressing unnoticed.

Payroll, Costing & Awards

Cintra payroll exports now support Humanforce SFTP folder selection

Management > Timesheets > Payroll

Pay Companies using the CINTRA_CONFIG2 payroll connector can now choose either the default Humanforce SFTP folder or a custom Humanforce SFTP folder when Export to Humanforce SFTP is enabled.

This brings the Cintra connector into line with other payroll connectors and gives payroll teams more control over where export files are routed. It also helps organisations with established SFTP folder structures keep payroll export handling consistent across connectors.

Reporting & Analytics

Workforce Analytics now shows face recognition registration status more accurately

Management > Advanced > Workforce Analytics

The Workforce Analytics Employee Basic Data report now sets Has_Face_Rec to true once facial recognition images have been registered for an employee.

Previously, this value may not have appeared as true until the employee first scanned in. The report now better reflects registration status immediately after setup, making it easier to identify employees who still need face recognition registration completed.

Employee Management

HR ID values can now be edited from Employee Management

Management > Employees > Employee Management

Authorised users can now edit or clear an employee’s HR ID value (IntelliHrId) from the Employment tab in Employee Management.

This gives administrators a safer self-service way to correct integration mismatches or clean up affected employee profiles without requiring database changes. It is especially useful when an employee record needs to be re-linked or corrected after integration data has been entered incorrectly.

New release! Humanforce Cloud Workforce Management – Version 6.0.81

We're pleased to announce the release of Humanforce Workforce Management (Cloud) version 6.0.81, with updates across Timesheet Admin, Roster Manager, clocking, payroll reporting, and Workforce Analytics. This release adds Employment Type filtering, direct alert-to-timesheet editing, Location Group-aware roster bulk actions, and more complete results for Pay Comparison, Timesheet Attachments, and Charge Out reporting.

Release Schedule

  • Staging environments were updated on Friday 17th July, 2026.
  • All Humanforce WFM (Cloud) accounts and UAT environments will be automatically updated overnight on Wednesday 29th July, 2026.

Rostering & Templates

Roster bulk actions now follow Location Group filters

Management > Rostering > Roster Manager

Roster Manager bulk actions now respect the Location Group filter, so actions such as publishing, editing, confirming, and deleting rosters only apply to shifts currently applicable for that filter.

This gives managers more confidence when working across large rosters with multiple location groups, especially when applying bulk actions.

Clocking, Timesheets & Breaks

Filter Timesheet Admin by Employment Type

Management > Timesheets > Timesheets

Timesheet Admin now includes an Employment Type column and filter, giving administrators a clearer way to review timesheets for full-time, part-time, casual, and agency staff.

The Employment Type column can be shown, hidden, and reordered from Screen Settings.

Open timesheets directly from alert sidebar entries

Management > Timesheets > Timesheets

Timesheet administrators can now open the relevant Edit Timesheet modal directly from the alerts sidebar, without first locating the timesheet in the list.

This shortens the path from reviewing an alert to making the required adjustment, even when the timesheet is not visible on the current grid page.

Adjust to roster time now applies with Shift Duration auto-authorisation and auto-divide

Admin > System Config > Clock-in Settings

Clocking now applies the Adjust to roster time setting when both Shift Duration based auto-authorisation and Auto-divide to multiple rostered shifts settings are enabled.

When a clocked shift meets the configured thresholds, the authorised timesheet stays aligned to roster start and end times when using Cloud Clocking or using the REST API clocking end points.

Payroll, Costing & Awards

Pay Comparison Report now includes secondary award profile values for Multi Hire Costing

Reports > Payroll > Pay Comparison Report

The Pay Comparison Report now includes the secondary award profile (Column Profile2) Hours and Cost values for employees with Multi Hire Costing enabled.

Payroll teams can use these values when reviewing alternate profile or pay rate outcomes, giving them the comparison detail needed for employees configured with multi-hire costing.

Reporting & Analytics

Timesheet Attachments report now generates for selected criteria

Reports > Timesheets > Timesheet Attachments

The Timesheet Attachments report can now be generated for any selected criteria, including periods with no attachments.

Charge Out reports include the full selected date range

Management > Advanced > Workforce Analytics

Workforce Analytics Timesheet Charge Out and Roster Charge Out reports now include records from the first day of the selected date range, giving users a more complete view of charge-out data for the reporting period.

Introducing Humanforce Learning

Introducing Humanforce Learning

Humanforce Learning is a native learning management system that connects directly to your HR data, automating compliance training and learning at every workforce change. Built for HR teams in frontline industries where mandatory training is a regulatory requirement, not just an admin task. When your workforce changes, training follows automatically.

Mandatory training in frontline organisations shouldn't depend on someone remembering to act. Humanforce Learning assigns the right course automatically when someone joins, changes role, or hits a compliance renewal. Completions record to the employee profile and your compliance dashboard stays current without anyone having to chase renewals.

What it includes

Automated training enrolment - training fires automatically when a new hire is added, someone changes role, or a compliance renewal comes due. Six HR event types supported, no manual step required once rules are configured.

Real-time compliance dashboard - see who is complete, who is overdue, and what is at risk across your whole organisation, updated live. No spreadsheet required, no report to pull.

Learning path builder - create role-based programs with prerequisites, dependencies, and access rules connected directly to your HR org structure. Build once, runs automatically.

Micro-learning automation - schedule recurring quizzes and short courses to specific roles on a set cadence, keeping compliance knowledge current without HR having to act each cycle.

Manager overdue alerts - managers receive automatic notifications when direct reports fall behind on mandatory training, early enough to act before a deadline is missed.

Learner portal - employees see assigned and optional courses in one place, within the same Humanforce HR platform they already use.

External training recording - capture external certifications, conferences, and third-party courses on the employee profile alongside internal learning.

Audit-ready reporting - export compliance reports to CSV or PDF in seconds. Completion records are immutable, giving you a clean audit trail for any regulatory review.
