New Release! Work App - Version 1.23
We're excited to announce Humanforce Work App Version 1.23, which includes improvements in key mobile workforce management areas such as clocking enhancements, and general performance improvements.
Release Schedule
iOS and Android Work app v1.23 release is expected to be available in the week of 24th November 2025.
Clocking
Location Accuracy Improvements
Clocking
Clocking in now provides enhanced accuracy and speed for users with geo-fence enabled, especially when connected via cellular networks. This minimises delays and ensures reliable geofence validation.
Improved Performance
We've improved the speed of clocking in, making the process faster and more responsive for all users. We’ve also resolved an issue with showing the countdown to an upcoming shift on the Clocking screen (iOS).
Timesheet
Timesheet Management Fixes
Manager > Timesheets
Resolved issues with timesheet editing including event and area fields clearing unexpectedly and proper enforcement of locked timesheet controls. Times can now be edited correctly when authorisation permissions allow.
Messaging
Messages
We've removed the 'beta' label on chat and resolved several minor issues including the display of profile images, ensuring a more polished and reliable chat experience. We've also increased the minimum Work app version for chat to v1.21.
General UI and Performance Improvements
Bank Account Settings
Profile > Personal details > Bank details
For HR-Integrated customers, bank account editing has been disabled in the mobile app and the bank details section will now redirect users to Humanforce HR for updates to bank details.
Enhanced Feedback
Profile > Help us improve
We've updated the in-app feedback form to add a rating and made the form more specific so users know exactly what to provide when submitting feedback, making it easier to share your thoughts and help us improve.
Additional Improvements
Resolved QR code screen resolution issues (Android) and updated error messages displayed when leave source hours are missing (Android) and for unavailability submissions with minimum notice periods (iOS).
